Position: CFO
Tinci is one of the leading specialist Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) engineering companies in the People's Republic of China . Founded in October 2001 Tinci is primarily involved in developing, manufacturing and installing FGD systems for reducing sulphur dioxide (SO2) emissions from coal-fired power stations and large industrial boilers in China . It had revenues of RMB 276 million in 2006.

Position: CFO to lead the Finance & Accounting Department
Salary: Market rate to be negotiated
Reporting to: CEO
Job Description
， Assist CEO in developing and implementing strategy to grow the business
， Manage the overall day to day operations of finance department
， Responsible for budget, business plans and forecasts, monitoring cash flow
， Preparation of replies to investors' enquiries
， Liaison with investors, independent directors and overseas advisors
， Preparation of half year and full year accounts and dealing with external auditors and audit committee
， Develop and implement internal control procedures and systems
Qualifications
， Bachelor degree or above
， ACCA or CPA professional qualification
， 5+ years experience in managerial and senior accounting / finance role
， Hands on experience in overseas listed company.
， Hands on experience in construction cost accounting
， Hands on experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
， Strong ability in establishing systems and internal control procedures
， Effective and efficient in managing and organizing the overall day to day accounting operations and
Month end closing
， Strong interpersonal, supervisory, leadership, communication and analytical skill
， Must be ethical, honest and detail-oriented
， Highly proficient in Excel and other accounting software
， Fluent bilingual capability (English & Mandarin)
， Familiar with laws and regulations relating to accounting, banking, taxation, import & export, customs & government both in China and international
， Experienced in dealing with PRC banks is a plus
